
COVID-19 guidelines & solutions
S8 Global recognises that with the constantly changing COVID-19 situation and in these unprecedented times, we have a responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of all our clients, partners, drivers and staff.
We have taken the following steps to mitigate the potential spread of the virus and enforced strict measures in all our vehicles.

Antibacterial wipes and/or anti-bacterial gel will be available in the vehicle for all passengers and driver.

On-going training of our drivers to keep up to date and re-iterate safety procedures and disinfection.

Chauffeurs will & must use hand sanitizer and they will not shake hands with clients and should always wash their hands properly before and after each service.

Drivers will Inform passengers that they will open and close the doors, both at pick-up and drop-off.

All luggage handled by drivers will be wiped down with bacterial wipes.

Door handles, vehicle interiors including arm rest, window controls, displays, radio and ventilation will be sanitized between services.

Chauffeurs are instructed to report any symptoms immediately. Their temperature will be taken before every service and recorded.

All the reading material, such as magazines and newspapers have temporarily been removed from all the vehicles.

All water bottles will be wiped down with wipes.



S8 Global is offering 3 levels of comfort and protection within our vehicles depending on the clients request and level of safety:
IMPORTANT: NO passengers will be able to sit up front next to the driver unless pre-authorization has been accepted. 2 passengers Max. per car (sedan, first class or similar), 4 passengers Max. per minivan if not family & 6 passengers Max. in minivan’s if all the same family.

Standard: No screens. Fully sanitized vehicle with wipes, gels and sprays.
Vehicles available: Mercedes E class, S class and V class.

Comfort: Plexi safety screen between Driver and Passenger, a simple but effective measure to stop sputter between the two areas.
Vehicles available: Mercedes E class, S class and V class

Comfort + Complete screen between Driver and Passenger for those clients who may be more vulnerable.
Vehicles available: Mercedes V class only.
